what size float you got on it? i started with upgrading to 8.5 x 2.5 coil and then bumped up to 8.5 x 2.75 to give me the same rear travel as an sx trail. the trails here in the pacific northwest are rough and there's lots of FR stunts so the extra travel is nice.

you might know this already but you do know they have the mini road gap of lesser consequence on Bonzai at the bottom near Basic Trg. right? Just a thought, its somewhere to practice I guess.

To be honest, i really don't know. I think is is a little smaller than the usual shock. And our trails are rough too, believe me, that why i still run 160mm in the front. But what i also wanted to add is that the rp3 eats up the rough sh!t as well as the smaller bumps.

I actually really like it, considering i ride more 'steep' jumps now, in stead of rather downhilly trails. It is also lighter. But your bb height is a bit lower , though it rides turns much more faster that way. Coming from a coil shock, i was actually rather worried, but i actually didn't expect it to be that nice.

yea i know about that.. haha thanks. I clear the stimulator with no problems so I thought the road gap was the next thing for me. Guess not!
